Muscle and Joint Pain
The reasons why we experience muscle and joint pain are numerous; obvious reasons are bodily trauma from accidents, injury and pathological (disease) conditions. However, there are other reasons that can be attributed to poor posture, incorrect movement patterns, and repetitive movements during our working, home and sporting activities. And our emotions can also manifest as pain; this can be work stress, incidents that have affected us on a deep psychological level and, for longstanding pain, our beliefs about our bodily conditions e.g. 'I have a weak/damaged spine'.
